This iconic 1957 design by Eero Saarinen is colloquially known as the “Tulip Table,” and more formally as the Saarinen Pedestal Table, born from Saarinen’s desire to declutter dining design as it existed in the 1950s.
The Pedestal Collection is comprised of dining tables, side tables, and coffee tables, such as the one shown here. This version features a round top with a 36-inch diameter, an ideal size for placement in a room designed for entertaining.
This table features a phenomenal polished Arabescato marble top, perhaps the most popular marble offered by Knoll today. Arabescato marble is known for its deep, swirling gray veining, which elegantly contrasts against clean white fields of stone.

To us, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe’s work remains ahead of its time, and these MR Lounge Chairs capture the best of his style, including his iconic cantilevered motif.
MR Lounge Chairs are typically upholstered in leather, yet this pair was custom ordered from Knoll in 1983 with a beautiful KnollTextiles wool, making this pair truly one of one.
The condition of these chairs is near excellent, showing almost no signs of use.
The mix of wool and leather upholstery gives this pair a relevance and freshness that feels perfectly suited to today.

We acquired this credenza along with a suite of custom Knoll pieces from the 1980s and attribute the design to a lesser-known line by Charles Pfister.
In a word, this piece is monumental. Its two-part construction spans 114 inches and is finished on all sides, allowing it to stand freely in a room.
It is as practical as it is substantial, offering four cabinets and six drawers for everyday use.
Every edge is softly rounded, creating a graceful, timeless silhouette.

The Eames Soft Pad Executive Chair is one of the most iconic office chair designs by Charles & Ray Eames, evolving from their celebrated Aluminum Group collection. According to design lore, the Soft Pad series was born when cushions from the Eames Chaise were casually draped over an Aluminum Group chair, an accidental pairing that inspired one of the most comfortable seating designs of the twentieth century.
Sharing the signature silhouette of the Aluminum Group, the Soft Pad Executive Chair features a suspended leather sling supported by polished cast aluminum side rails, enhanced with four generously padded cushions that provide exceptional comfort while maintaining the chair’s refined, minimalist profile. This example is equipped with manual height adjustment and a tilt mechanism with adjustable tension control.
We have multiple chairs available. Each retains its original smooth Butterscotch leather upholstery which pairs handsomely with their polished aluminum frames. All examples show very minor wear consistent with age and use. Please inquire for quantity and availability.

Art Deco design is a celebration of geometry, strong lines, and sleek silhouettes, often composed with a sense of elegance and grandeur. All of these qualities can be found in this substantial Art Deco bar, fully restored by our team of skilled artisans.
We restored the bar from the ground up in a timeless piano high-gloss black lacquer. Its many curved and angled surfaces reflect upon one another, drawing attention to the lines that define the piece. All seven drawers retain their original patinated brass ball pulls and provide ample storage for a full bar’s worth of essentials.
The raised upper shelf is bordered by a geometric gold inlay that accentuates the bar’s distinctive shape. Lacquered supports and solid brass rails frame an open area for displaying spirits and barware, while the meticulously gold-leafed surface below provides generous space for mixing and serving drinks.
At the center, double cabinet doors with their original brass pulls open to a substantial double-height storage compartment, ideal for taller bottles and equipment. The space could also discreetly house a petite countertop ice maker, and upon request, our team can add an opening at the rear for electrical wiring.
Our intention with this restoration was to preserve what made the bar special while preparing it for another long life. Equal parts display, storage, and working bar, it is ultimately a piece meant to be used, gathered around, and enjoyed for many years to come.

This adjustable floor lamp is true to Wein’s approach in every way, expressing artistry through found objects and components while introducing new elements, such as his signature hand-blown glass shade, which also bears his signature.
The assemblage of salvaged materials and raw colors results in a piece that feels inherently timeless. It is equally functional, offering generous accent light and a wide range of adjustability.

The Eames Executive Chair, or the Time Life Chair as we much prefer to call it, has always been our favorite Eames design. Originally created for the Time & Life Building in 1960, the chair has developed an unmistakable aura over the decades. Widely recognized for its historical significance, executive presence, and ingenious design, to us it is simply a storied icon that we seek out whenever the opportunity arises.
While the Time Life Chair is most often encountered in black or brown leather, and occasionally green, it is always a special sight to find one upholstered in a less familiar specification. We were immediately taken with this beautifully preserved, butter-soft original leather in a rich Bordeaux hue. The color shifts subtly with the light, revealing deep wine tones that warm toward brown, while the polished aluminum frame provides a striking contrast. It is, in our opinion, one of the most handsome combinations we've had the pleasure of offering.
This example remains in exceptional original condition with only minimal signs of age and use. It retains its original Bordeaux leather upholstery, polished aluminum frame, adjustable tilt mechanism, and manual height adjustment with approximately 3 inches of travel.

Scandinavian Modernism represents a body of work that has had a tremendous impact on the furniture industry. Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian designers and manufacturers placed great importance on material, form, and simplicity. Each of these qualities is present in this extendable teak dining table.

While modular design is commonplace today, it was still a novel concept when German designer Otto Zapf began working with Knoll in 1973. His work combined a systems-based approach with a belief in flexibility, comfort, and human-centered design, principles beautifully expressed in his now-discontinued Executive Seating Collection.
The chair’s five independent cushions, upholstered in original Chocolate Brown leather, lift easily from an ingenious spring steel frame for cleaning, repair, or replacement. The flexible steel back rails allow the chair to conform naturally to the user while reclining, while the base provides tilt, swivel, and manual height adjustment.
A particularly rare feature of this example is its original Knoll flat glides in place of casters, indicating that it was configured as a lounge chair rather than a desk chair. Upon request, chrome ball casters can be installed to adapt the chair for use at a desk.
Our team has meticulously inspected and polished every element. The original Chocolate Brown leather displays wear and patina consistent with its age and history but remains in overall good condition. These signs of use lend the chair an authentic character while reflecting the enduring quality of Zapf’s design and Knoll’s construction.

Italy is a country of enduring symbols, many of which have shaped culture across centuries. Among them, Carrara marble stands as a hallmark of artistic heritage, reaching back to Michelangelo and the Renaissance. In the 1950s, post-war Italian designers sought a fresh and optimistic approach to their work, pairing timeless materials with modern ideas. Influenced by the organic forms of Isamu Noguchi and the restrained elegance of Scandinavian modernism, they turned to Carrara marble, brass, and other fine materials to create light and asymmetrical designs that departed from the rigidity of the pre-war past.
This cocktail table is a testament to that spirit. Crafted in Italy during the 1950s, its freeform marble top was hand-cut, ensuring that no two examples were ever identical. This reflects a level of craftsmanship rarely seen today. The marble itself is generous in scale and thickness, retaining its original luster and displaying its veining beautifully. Resting on a concealed wooden platform with tapered brass legs, the substantial stone surface takes on a elegant sense of weightlessness.
The table embodies a simplicity only skilled Italian designers could achieve. Its clean sculptural form has kept the design timeless and sought after since its creation. Its generous proportions make it as functional today as it is beautiful. A remarkable piece from every angle, it brings both elegance and ease to any space.

Angelo Mangiarotti was an influential Italian architect and designer known for his innovative work with Knoll. His designs often showcased a harmonious blend of form and function, with a focus on clean lines and architectural elements. Mangiarotti's pieces for Knoll are celebrated for their timeless appeal and high-quality craftsmanship, making them highly coveted among design enthusiasts and collectors alike. These rarely seen Murano glass mushroom vases share the design language Mangiarotti is known for while introducing delightfully bold colors.
Knoll issued these Mushroom vases in a variety of sizes and it is rare to see a set of 3 such as these. The Cobalt Blue, Fire Red, and Milk White combine together perfectly as do their differing heights, making them a pleasure to position. One vase retains the original “AL Murano” foil label signifying the producer which made these Magiarotti designs for Knoll. There is a hairline fissure on the blue vase shown in our photography which due to its color is quite subtle. This vase remains structurally sound and is not at all impaired by this defect. We have priced this set considering its condition, which is largely very good consistent with age and history. To have three brilliantly colored original Angelo Mangiarotti for Knoll Mushroom vases together in a set is a special opportunity. Together, they add a bit of sophisticated fun to any space.

Our objective is to procure some of the world’s most wonderful designs, and in this case, it seems that we’ve found the world itself. We immediately fell in love with this rarely seen stone art masterpiece which based on research we are attributing to Italian craftsmanship. Explore the continents of our Earth by way of tessellated Agate, Quartz, Marble, and more.
The map is faced with hundreds of hand-cut and placed pieces of stone making for an instantly recognizable magical mosaic. The mortar which brings all of these pieces together is cleverly colored to match throughout the map. The craftsmen also included stone longitude lines to further solidify their intended motif. To finish this piece, the entire face of the map was honed and polished so each stone element has the same thickness and luster.
This piece remains in its very good original condition, free of any wear which would affect its structural integrity. It has received a thorough cleaning from our team to restore the originally intended polished surface. We feel that this rarely seen piece of Italian craftsmanship would be most enjoyed wall-mounted as a sculpture serving as a focal point in any well appointed room. We recommend that a home professional be consulted for proper installation. Wherever its final home may be, you will undoubtedly find yourself gazing into an infinity of fine stonework, pinpointing destinations from fond travel memories and at those yet to come.

We’ve always been drawn to the mushroom form in our pursuit of timeless lighting. In its best expressions, the familiar idea of a lamp is challenged, moving beyond the traditional combination of base and fabric shade. In the work of Laurel Lamp Company or Bill Curry’s designs for Stemlite, blown glass provided an organic solution to the shade. Here, the mushroom form is interpreted differently, with shade and base crafted entirely from the same material, creating an object that reads first as sculpture and second as lighting.
This modernist Mushroom Floor Lamp is constructed entirely from polished aluminum, its reflective surfaces taking on the colors and character of the surrounding environment. Unlit, the minimalist silhouette has an almost architectural presence. Once illuminated, the broad domed shade casts a generous spread of downward accent light while maintaining the purity of its sculptural form.
The lamp features three-bulb lamping, allowing one, two, or all three bulbs to be illuminated. Each setting is selected through a discreet metal push button integrated into the design. The polished aluminum has developed a rich, naturally varied patina with age, lending depth and character to its otherwise restrained form. The lamp is fully functional and has been tested by our team.

Originally created for the Time & Life Building in 1960, the chair has developed an unmistakable aura over the decades. It is widely recognized for its historical significance, executive presence, and ingenious design, but to us it is simply a storied icon that we seek out whenever possible.
We were particularly excited to find this Time Life Chair because of its rarely seen brown-coated frame. Today, Herman Miller produces the chair with either a polished aluminum or black-coated frame, making this discontinued brown finish a far less common sight. Paired with its original Cigar leather upholstery, it creates a combination that is distinctly period-correct while remaining every bit as enduring today as it was in its production year of 1988.
We’ve worked to preserve the chair’s original materials wherever possible. Following a complete disassembly, every leather and hardware component was carefully inspected and polished to restore much of its original brilliance. The original leather retains a rich patina throughout, serving as a testament to the chair’s age, originality, and timelessness.

Eero Saarinen’s Pedestal Collection for Knoll is one of the most iconic designs in furniture history. Commonly referred to as the "Tulip" collection, Saarinen's goal was to eliminate the visual clutter caused by the multiple legs of traditional furniture in the 1950s. His innovative solution was a single "Pedestal" base, a sleek, single-leg structure that met the floor with an elegance never before seen in furniture design. This revolutionary approach gained widespread popularity, expanding the collection to include chairs, dining tables, and, as seen here, coffee tables.
This particular piece is a very early oval variation of the Pedestal Coffee Table, most likely produced in the 1950's. Saarinen's mastery of proportion is evident in this design, with the generous oval top offering a slender yet functional surface. When placed at the center of a living space, this table effortlessly anchors the room and invites in all those around it. The table features a satin white laminate top and a painted cast metal base, creating a clean and timeless aesthetic. As this is an early example of this table, the cast metal base is significantly heavier than Knoll's current iteration, making this piece quite sought after by design enthusiasts. This table is structurally in excellent condition but does show signs of age and wear, including paint loss around the top edge and some wear on the painted base. We have chosen to preserve the table's original finish as a tribute to its history and character. However, refinishing is available upon request. The legendary George Nelson left an enduring legacy of forward-thinking design, much of which Herman Miller continues to honor today. Whether arranged as a full-length credenza or separated into distinct pieces, used as nightstands, dressers, or standalone accent cabinets, the modular design invites creativity in placement.

Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the celebrated German architect and pivotal figure of the Bauhaus movement, helped redefine 20th-century design through his exploration of form, material, and structure. Inspired by the possibilities of tubular steel and the work of contemporaries including Marcel Breuer and Mart Stam, Mies developed the cantilevered designs of his now-iconic MR Collection for the 1927 Weissenhof exhibition in Stuttgart. Knoll acquired exclusive production rights to Mies’ furniture in 1948, beginning an association that continues today.
Among the more elusive designs within the MR family is this rarely seen lounge chair, generally catalogued as the MR30/5. Unlike the familiar MR20 dining chairs and upholstered MR lounge designs, surviving examples are remarkably scarce and little documentation of its Knoll production appears to exist. Believed to date to approximately the 1960s, the MR30/5 distills Mies’ cantilever concept to its essentials: a continuous tubular-steel frame supporting suspended panels of heavy saddle leather, secured by matching leather laces. This pair retains its original leather in a beautiful caramel color with decades of natural patina. Viewed from the side, the chair nearly disappears, becoming a single uninterrupted line drawn from its backrest to the floor.
While this pair no longer retains its Knoll labels, we have had the unusual opportunity to examine them alongside a labeled and authenticated pair of MR40 Lounge Chairs currently in our collection. Their proportions, tubular-steel gauge and finish, concealed fasteners, construction, and materials correspond closely, giving us strong confidence in their authenticity as period Knoll production. Both chairs retain their original leather with expected wear and patina; one seat has a historic split that was professionally repaired and extensively reinforced from beneath, leaving the original leather intact and secure for use. The pair has been priced with this repair in mind, while recognizing the originality and scarcity of this seldom-seen Mies van der Rohe design.
