Onda Lounge Chair

Our in-house designed Onda Lounge Chair was inspired by a vintage form we sourced many years ago. We were not able to identify a historical comparison and believe it was likely a custom-made piece from its era. We were so taken by the design that we chose to revive its spirit through our Onda Chair.

We felt this piece reflects a design sensibility that echoes the warm, sculptural traditions of Brazilian masters Rodrigues, Zalszupin and Caldas.

We welcome the use of your own material. The two examples shown feature Ivory Italian Bouclé and Forest Recycled British Wool. These textiles and others are available through our curated fabric collection. Please inquire for additional options and pricing.

To complement the upholstery, solid Walnut is used as an accent across the chair. Custom finishes are available and alternate wood species may be selected on request. The chair’s wood side panels can also be covered with fabric to match the upholstery.
